Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on the production partner and fulfillment location.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order enters production, we may be unable to make changes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your tracking information shows unusual delays, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Customs and International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
