Where We Ship
Modern Mija Co. currently ships within the United States only.
Order Processing
Most Modern Mija Co. apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Some items may be ready to ship and may have shorter processing times. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email for orders shipped with a tracked shipping service.
Sticker orders shipped using our standard Sticker Mail option do not include tracking. Please allow approximately 5–8 business days for delivery after your sticker order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages. If you order multiple items, they may be produced or fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be missing, please contact us and we will do our best to help determine the next step.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.
